LID Helmets aims to always provide high quality products that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, products may need to be returned.
You sent me the wrong product
If you receive products which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We will reimburse you for return shipping costs.
You sent me a faulty product
If any products you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact LID Helmets within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If your product arrived faulty, please refer to our warranty policy. We have a one-year warranty from time of purchase. We will reimburse you for return shipping costs.
The product has arrived damaged
If products are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the products have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to LID Helmets within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We will reimburse you for return shipping costs.
You are not sure about the product
If you change your mind about the product, please return them to LID Helmets within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please note, free returns are only available in the UK.

You will be given the option to have the products exchanged or refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the product. Refunds and exchanges will be issued upon our receipt of the returned product.
Conditions of return
All products returned must be sent using a signed for form of delivery.
All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn with a proof of purchase. The safety manual booklet must still be attached to helmet's chin strap by the tag - if removed, we cannot refund or exchange.
When returning items to LID Helmets, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
LID Helmets reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these terms. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:
Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the products; Any characteristics of the products which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
